calm and sweet lab for adoption

Karen T. Trouble asked me to post this. Aw you totally need this well-trained snuggler in your house.
Betty White is a calm, gentle older adult dog who would make a great addition to any home. She likes to snuggle and is gentle with both dogs and cats. She doesn't live with children, but is probably excellent with kids because she is very mellow. Betty is crate trained. She sleeps in her crate during the day and in the bedroom at night. Betty knows sit, speak, shake, and comes when she is called. She also walks well on a leash and is house trained.

Betty has been down on her luck lately. Her owners dropped her off at the city shelter because she needed a surgery they didn't want to deal with. PSPCA performed the surgery, spayed her, and she is healing well. As part of the healing, she occasonally leaks a few drips of urine, so she has been wearing a cloth dog diaper indoors. The vet expects this problem to go away over time. She is also being treated for a non-contagous skin infection which requires weekly baths until it clears up (which she doesn't mind).

Betty is microchipped and up-to-date on shots. Her adoption fee to PSPCA/ACCT is $75.

Please get in touch with me if you would like to meet Betty!
