New awesome web design crew, 48 Dutch, by our friends Paul and Mitch!

Paul has worked at Firehouse for ages, as an ever-helpful and friendly bike mechanic. But I first hung out with Paul on a road trip with the Marooned Van Collective all the way to Ann Arbor for the NASCO conference. We had a grand old time. There's nothing like a road trip to bring together long-time acquaintances.... Mitchell, on the other hand, was my buddy from the beginning. He works extremely hard at everything he does, and both are psyched particularly to do web design for folks working to make the world a better, more just and equitable place for all. Use their services, spread the world please!
Hey - for those who know me, I''m no longer with Firehouse Bicycles. I guess there's a time for all things to end, and I feel positive about the change.

Me and Mitchell are collaborating on a small web design group which he cleverly named 48 Dutch! We're looking to build websites for organizations, artists and individuals who need tools to implement their visions online. You can see some of our work and get more info at: www.48dutch.net

We're working with Drupal, an open source content management system that is well established and quite powerful. We're especially interested in:

+ Building platforms for group collaboration
+ Helping folks develop community and economic infrastructure
+ Putting powerful tools into peoples' hands

If you're working on a project that needs implementation on the web, or have a website that you want to update to take advantage of current technology, get in touch!
